Brie Cheese Delight

A delightful Brie Cheese Delight appetizer featuring creamy Brie topped with caramelized pecans and cranberries, creating a symphony of flavors perfect for entertaining guests.

Ingredients

8 oz Brie cheese wheel
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped pecans, and toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in the honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg, cooking for another 2 minutes until the pecans are caramelized.
4. Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish or oven-safe serving platter.
5. Spoon the caramelized pecan mixture over the Brie.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese begins to soften.
7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the dried cranberries on top.
8. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.

Storage

Store any leftover Brie Cheese Delight in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes or until warmed through.
