Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 large egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup bourbon
1/2 cup peach jam
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the egg yolks and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. Gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture, mixing until just combined.
5. Gently fold in the bourbon, ensuring an even distribution throughout the dough.
6. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
