Berry Sorbet

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blackberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
1. Combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, lemon juice, water, and honey in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth, ensuring no chunks remain.
3. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, if desired.
4. Transfer the purée into a shallow container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
5. Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
