Berry Smoothie

A vibrant and rejuvenating berry smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack, packed with antioxidants and vitamins.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 banana
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

1. Rinse the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries under cold water.
2. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
3. In a blender, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ice cubes.
4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Storage

Store leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Reheating

Re-stir or re-blend if separation occurs before serving.
