Bright pink beetroot lattes are a vibrant and healthy alternative to traditional coffee. Rich in antioxidants, they are made with steamed almond milk and beetroot powder, sweetened with a touch of maple syrup for a naturally sweet caffeine-free pick-me-up.

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp beetroot powder
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
2. Stir in the beetroot powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt, whisking until fully combined and frothy.
3. Pour the mixture into a mug and serve immediately.
Storage
Store any leftover latte in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
