Cook time: 45 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients

3 lbs chicken wings
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in the bowl, tossing to coat them evenly with the sauce mixture.
4. For baking: Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil and greased with olive oil. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
5. For grilling: Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill the wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they are charred and cooked through.
6. Once done, remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving with your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Storage

Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat wings in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
