Basketball Brownies

Ingredients

1 cup
unsalted butter
2 cups
granulated sugar
4 large
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 cup
all-purpose flour
1/2 cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp
salt
1 cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup
orange icing
1/4 cup
melted chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into the prepared pan.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
6. Let cool completely before slicing into circles with a round cookie cutter.
7. Spread orange icing over each brownie circle and use melted chocolate to draw basketball lines on top.
8. Allow icing to set before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a microwave for 10-15 seconds if desired.
