Banana and Strawberry Delight

A refreshing and naturally sweet smoothie combining ripe bananas and juicy strawberries, perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
2. Peel and slice the banana.
3. Combine strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey in a blender.
4. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Storage

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Shake well before consuming.

Reheating

Not suitable for reheating. Best served fresh.
