Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

6 large eggs
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Paprika for garnish
Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
4. Add avocado, mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic powder to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
5. Season with salt to taste.
6. Spoon or pipe the avocado yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
7. Garnish with paprika and chopped cilantro.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

Serve cold or allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
