Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

1. Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit.
2. Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender.
3. Add the mango chunks, coconut milk, orange juice, and honey into the blender.
4. Add the ice cubes for a chilled finish.
5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
6. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Storage

Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Reheating

This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh and does not require reheating.
