Asparagus Delight

Ingredients
1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
12 slices of smoked bacon
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Trim the woody ends of the asparagus and divide into small bundles of 3-4 stalks.
3. Lightly drizzle the asparagus bundles with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
5. Place the bundles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
