Apple Delight

Ingredients
4 cups of peeled and sliced apples
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine peeled and sliced apples with lemon juice, coating evenly.
3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
4. Stir melted butter into the dry ingredients until crumbly.
5. Spread apple slices in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
6. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
