Ingredients

2 cups coconut milk

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
2 tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk together over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and steaming, about 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and stir in almond extract and vanilla extract.
3. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs.
